This is an unofficial Formula 1 predictions championship:
Each year we run a new championship, where players compete in an attempt to predict the outcome of the coinciding Formula 1 season more accurately than other players. Once a predictions championship is complete, players gain awards for performing well, and these contribute to their overall site score and rank!
Anyone is welcome to join an upcoming championship, they simply need to create an account on the site.

How does a Predictions Championship work?
In the lead-up to a Formula 1 season, players are able to answer a series of predictions questions, which are divided into a series of sections. However, to make sure the predictions championship is fair to all players, once the formula 1 pre-season testing begins, all answers are locked, and new players are no longer able to join the championship.
Throughout the formula 1 season, players are ranked on each question, based on how accurate their answer was (relative to all other players) and the players with the best answers are awarded points, based on their performance.
The scores for each section are then tallied and the players with the highest scores in each section are awarded stars based on their performance.
Finally, the total stars across all sections are tallied, and the player with the most stars wins the predictions championship. Once the Formula 1 season ends, the player with the most stars is crowned the predictions champion for that particular year!
